Separate the whites from the egg yolks in 2 separate bowls.
Mount the egg whites while adding ½ pinch of salt.
Using an electric whisk or threshold, beat the egg yolks and sugar to have a white foam.
Melt the butter and incorporate it with the milk to the egg yolks. Then pour the flour and yeast while stirring gently using a spatula.
In two bowls, separate the dough into two equal parts. In one, pour the melted dark chocolate and the other, the vanilla extract.
Pour the same amount of egg whites into the two preparations and stir slightly with a whisk.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Butter a missed or eighty mold and pour the two pasta alternately. Form stripes using a maryse plunged into the dough.
Bake the cake and cook for 35 minutes, checking the cooking using a knife blade. This must come out clean when the cake is cooked.
Let cool and taste your chocolate marbled cake.
