In a bowl, sift the flour, form a well then break the eggs in the center
Mix the eggs, sugar and flour gradually then energetically until a homogeneous and dense paste
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat then add it to the dough
Pour the milk gradually by gently incorporating it in order to obtain a fluid, smooth and lumps paste
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Melt a hazelnut of semi-salted butter over medium heat in a non-stick pan
Pour a little dough then cook for about 1 minutes on each side
Repeat the operation for each pancake.
