Heat the honey over low heat until liquid
Sift the flour, bicarbonate and gingerbread spices
In a container, mix milk and honey
Add the butter and sifted powders, then mix
Also add the brown sugar
After having buttered and floured the gingerbread mold, pour the mixture
Bake for 1 hour
Once your gingerbread is cooked, just remove it from the oven and let it cool in the mold.
