In a container pour the flour, starch, vanilla flavor, sugar, salt, yeast and spice mixture. Mix all these dry ingredients.
Then add the egg and hazelnut oil. Mix at the beginning with a wooden spoon then finish kneading the dough by hand. Once the dough ball is very homogeneous, film it on contact with stretch film more put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place your dough ball on a work surface, paper or baking sheet. Sprinkle slightly with flour. Lower the dough to a thickness of about 3 millimeters. Then with a cookie cutter or a glass, make circles of dough.
My cookies are large because I used a cookie cutter 8cm in diameter. If you have a tampon /cookie it is after this step that you can use it.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and realize these stages of shaping again until the dough is exhausted.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove your hot oven cookies before letting them cool on a coolant.
Meanwhile perform your royal frosting by mixing icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice. Pour it into a pastry bag with a very fine tip or in a silicone pocket
Then make the patterns of your choice on your cookies
Leave to dry for 5 minutes and taste them!
