To start, preheat your oven to 220°C. Then peel the onion before cutting it into thin strips.
In a clean bowl, mix the crème fraîche and the cottage cheese. Add salt, a pinch of nutmeg and pepper. Subsequently, spread the preparation on the pie dough and sprinkle with bacon. Do not forget to add the onions and grated cheese.
Finally, put your flambé tart in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve it hot.
