In a saucepan, put 85 grams of butter, sugar, salt and water. To heat
Pour the flour suddenly, whisk and mix vigorously until the dough dries and detaches from the container.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the eggs one by one and whisk with a drummer
Stir in the dough in a pastry bag and form small balls on a moistened baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven previously preheated to 210°C and with ajar door
In a saucepan, crush the chocolate, add the rest of the butter and the milk. Melt everything while mixing until a sauce is obtained. Reserve in a double boiler
Cut the head of the cabbage, insert a scoop of vanilla ice cream and train the cabbage in a presentation dish. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
