Cucumber

Cheddar

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Put the oven grill on

Step 2

Cut each bagel in 2 then pass the pieces to the grill for a few minutes

Step 3

Once out of the oven, brush them with fresh cheese mixed with olive oil

Step 4

Place 1 slice of cow's milk cheese, minced chicken, some spinach chicken and cucumber slices

Step 5

Add more if necessary a few cucumber slices in addition then cover with the halves of bagels

Step 6

Salt and pepper. To serve.
