Peel the garlic, wash and cut the green pepper into pieces
Place everything in a frying pan, then brown with oil
Peel the tomatoes after having placed them for a few seconds in boiling water
Coarsely cut the tomatoes then put them in the pan
Drain the pineapple pieces in a box and reserve 5 centilitres of juice
Pour the pineapple pieces in the pan
Pour the chicken broth, pineapple juice, soy sauce and wine vinegar
Add the diluted cornstarch in a fear of water as well as the sugar
Put on low heat and stir until the sauce thickens.
