Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, pour the brown sugar and add the water, mix well using a whisk
Pour the oil into it while continuing to mix for a few minutes, then reserve
In a larger bowl, pour the flour and baking powder, then gradually integrate the previous liquid preparation using a tablespoon
Continue mixing until you get a liquid paste
Oil a 24 cm diameter hinge, pour the dough, taking care to spread it well to standardize it
Bake for 50 minutes, taking care to cover the cake with parchment paper after the first 30 minutes of cooking this will avoid the cake to burn
At the end of cooking, take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
