In a pot, boil water
Gently add the eggs and let them cook for ten minutes
Remove them and immerse them in cold water. Rid them of their shell
Slice the eggs in 2 and remove the yellow with a spoon before reserving them in a bowl
In another container, pour half of the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and chopped chives
Garnish the whites with this mixture and disperse the rest of the yellow over it.
