Cook the potatoes.
Brown the minced onion with oil over low heat, adding a little water.
Remove the sausage membrane then cut it into a 1 centimeter slice. Arrange half the sausage in the bottom and on the slots of a mold.
Preheat the oven to 210°C
Peel the potatoes and crush them with nutmeg, cream and salt.
Pour the crushed potatoes over the sausage and cover this crushed with the rest of the sausage dispersed on the surface and slightly driven into the preparation.
Cover golden onions and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
