Remove the skin from the white sausages and cut them into rings.
Peel and slice the onions.
Put them in a pan and add the olive oil.
Cut the mushrooms and carrots.
Add them with the white sausage in the pan.
Let them cook for 10 minutes.
Pour the white wine, cream and add the poultry broth cube.
Add the salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve.
