Put them with the pieces of chipolatas in a saucepan by adding the tomatoes.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the ginger, garlic, turmeric, thyme, and laurel leaves.
Cook for 10 minutes.
