Cook the potatoes with boiling salted water with their skin during. Pocket the sausages for 10 minutes in simmering water then cut them into rings.
Preheat the madman at 200°C
Brown the minced onion in the butter. Cut the peeled potatoes into rings.
In a buttered and raised mold, place the potato rings, pepper, place the sausages and then a last layer of potato. Add the cancoillotte.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes and then 5 under the grill.
Serve.
