Unroll the puff pastry. Coat it with a layer of tomato concentrate.
Divide the slices of smoked ham, then sprinkle with grated gruyère. Salt and pepper according to your taste.
Roll the puff pastry to form a sausage and wrap it in cling film. Reserve 15 minutes in the freezer.
Preheat the oven to the grill position.
Unpack the roller, then cut it into rings about 2 cm thick. Place these on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
Serve hot or let cool.
