									Cut the peeled bananas in half lengthwise. Cut the vanilla stick in half.
 
  
									In a skillet, melt the butter. When it starts to crackle, place the bananas, vanilla and heat for 2 minutes.
 
  
									Then add the sugar and turn your banks and cook for another 2 minutes.
 
  
									Flambler with rum.
 
  
									Serve hot.
