Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and chop the onion.
Pour a little olive oil in a pan, add the onion and let brown.
Add the potatoes and rosemary, salt, pepper and cook for 40 minutes.
Add a spoonful of water without roasting the potatoes.
Add the Frankfurt cut sausages and let them roast.
Serve.
