Grate the county.
Separate the green from the white leek and chop green.
Brown it in the pan for 5 minutes in a drizzle of oil.
Cut the leek white into rings and cook them for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate, yeast, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, mix 125g of spread, yogurt, eggs, milk and oil.
Add this mixture to the flour.
Add the leek green, grated cheese and pepper.
Cook the waffles.
