Prechaffe the oven at 180°C.
Cut the broccoli into flowers and cut the part of the feet into pieces.
Cook them for 7 minutes in boiling salted water.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the milk, the cream, salt and whip.
Butter a baking dish, add the drained broccoli and cover with the mixed mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
