Cut the meat and onion into slices, and peel then cut the figs in four.
Chop the garlic and chop the parsley.
Heat the oil and melt the butter.
Brown the pieces of meat with the onion for 10 minutes.
Wet with the white wine, salt, add the garlic and the pesril, mix, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the figs, mix and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve.
