Peel the Brussels cabbage then immerse them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Divide the brussels cabbage drained in a flat baking dish.
Coat with the cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated emmental and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
