Peel and slice the onions.
Peel and cut the potatoes in half in the length direction then in slices.
Butter a baking dish and distribute the onions there then store the potato slices.
Season and cover the broth potatoes and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and sprinkle with butter hazelnuts.
Put the dish in the oven for cooking.
Serve.
