Mix with chickpeas and drained red beans
Chop onion, garlic and carrot and brown in a pan with olive oil.
In a salad bowl put the chickpeas and red mixed beans, add onions, garlic, carrot, oatmeal, breadcrumbs, egg, coriander and spices and mix by hand all.
Train steak and cook by turning regularly for 8 minutes in all.
