In a bowl, pour the flour, yeast, lukewarm water and milk, then mix everything.
Add the sugar, salt and slightly beaten eggs. Knead to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Add the butter then knead for about 10 minutes. Let stand for 2 hours covering a cloth.
Spread the roller, then fold the dough into four and spread again.
Form 6 balls, place them in a buttered and floured mold and let the dough rise 1h30.
Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C.
