Chop the onion and set aside.
Place the meat in a bowl, then add the seasoning and mix.
Add 3 tablespoons of oil and cook the meat for 15 minutes.
Add the crushed tomato, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the peanut paste and stir.
Add 250 ml of water then add the onion, chili, salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
