Cut the turkey fillets into pieces.
Pour the olive oil into the bottom of a dish, then add the meat and cover with more olive oil.
Add the paprika, lemon, salt, and pepper. Let stand for a few minutes.
Chop the onions and brown them in a little oil, then add the rice.
Pour in water twice the volume of rice, add salt and cook over low heat until the rice has absorbed the water.
Heat a frying pan, then add the contents of the dish with the meat and cook over medium heat.
Then mix the rice and chicken when everything is cooked.
