Boil 1 boiling water cube in 33 cl of boiling water.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic, then wash and slice the mushrooms.
In a pan with olive oil, brown the onion, then add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Then add the crushed tomatoes, the stock and a pinch of thyme, parsley and basil, then season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil before adding the millet. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven then place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and brown.
Serve.
