Start by cleaning the fish by rinsing inside and out, then drying them with paper towels.
Coat them with flour on both sides and shake off the excess flour.
In a hot pan with olive oil, brown the fish for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until the flesh is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste and keep warm.
In another pan, melt the butter until it turns hazelnut brown, then add the lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the butter sauce over the fish and garnish with a few sprigs of parsley before serving immediately.
