Start by cutting the Comté into cubes. Then preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, oil, melted butter, and herbes de Provence. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then quickly add the diced Comté cheese and pumpkin seeds.
Pour a tablespoon of this mixture into each silicone mold and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
