Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Cut the porcini mushrooms and the apple and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Season the duck breasts with salt and cook them in a pan for 10 minutes.
Brown the chestnuts in the duck fat, then remove them.
Brown the porcini mushrooms for 5 minutes in the same pan, then remove them.
Pour in the vinegar and honey and let it reduce.
Serve on plates with the apple cubes and pink berries.
