Soak the beans in water for 12 hours, then cook them for 45 minutes.
Steam the spinach.
In a pan, cook the chopped onion and chopped ginger with oil.
Boil the rice in salted water for 15 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and coconut milk to the onion mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the beans. Serve.
