Start by preheating the oven to 240°C.
In a bowl, mix the cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Take a turkey leg and pierce it with the chopped garlic.
Arrange the tomatoes and sliced potatoes in a dish.
Place the turkey leg on top and season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil.
Pour in a little water and bake for 45 minutes.
Brush the thigh with the cream mixture, then bake for another 15 minutes.
