Start by cutting the marlin into large cubes, then remove it and set it aside.
Finely slice the pepper, carrot, onion, garlic, chive, and tomato. Sauté them in olive oil and add curry powder to coat well.
Pour in the coconut milk and add a pinch of salt.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then add the diced marlin 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with rice.
