In salad bowls, separate white and egg yolks
Whisk the egg yolk and sugar
Put the butter to melt in a saucepan, then add the oil and whisk with an electric mixer
Add the milk, the sifted flour, the beaten egg yolk and the baking powder then mix gently with a wooden spoon to obtain a smooth paste

Divide the dough in two
In the first half, add the melted dark chocolate
Alternate the two pasta when you have them in the mold
To train marbled patterns, pass a wooden peak
