Ingredients

nutmeg
1 tsp
Milk
10 Cl
Egg
2 Units
Honey
250 Ml

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160°C

In a bowl, add the baking powder, wheat flour, green anise, sugars, four spices, cinnamon and grated nutmeg

mix with a wooden spoon

Heat the honey in a saucepan. Once hot, pour it over the mixture of sugar, flour and spices

Stir

Step 6

Gradually incorporate the whole eggs

Step 7

Gradually pour the milk

Step 8

Mix until a homogeneous and smooth cake dough

Step 9

Butter and flour a cake pan, then pour the dough

Step 10

Bake the preparation for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes

Step 11

Once the gingerbread is completely cooled, unmold it

Step 12

Reserve it for a whole day before tasting it.
