Milk

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the butter and flour with a whisk

Add vanilla sugar, 20 grams of sugar, milk and a pinch of salt with a mixture

Roll the dough in a ball

Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge

Prick the bottom using a fork

Preheat the oven to 200°C for 40 minutes. Then cook your cheese pie for 20 minutes. Take out the pie and place a grid on the mold. After 5 minutes, turn the whole.
