Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Peel and chop the shallots and garlic with a chopper

Step 2

In a bowl, crush the butter with shallots, garlic and chopped parsley and season

Step 3

Heat the oven at 240°C

Step 4

Fill the butter snails and smooth the surface

Step 5

Use a honeycomb dish to place the snails and place in the oven for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
