Directions

Step 1

Cook the Thai rice in a saucepan of boiling salted water following the instructions indicated on the package.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the raw tuna into 1 cm dice. Peel and cut the cucumber in half. Speed it and cut it into 1/2 cm dice. Peel the onion and also cut it into 0.5 cm dice.

Step 3

Clean and finely chop the jalapeño pepper.

Step 4

Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and grated fresh ginger in a container. Add the diced raw tuna, cucumber and onion then the chopped pepper and stir well. Chill.

Step 5

Cut the avocados in half and pit them. Take the flesh and cut it into strips. Lead them to prevent them from blackening.

Step 6

When the Thai rice is cooked, drain it in a colander then distribute it in bowls. Cover the cooked rice with the preparation for tuna and soy sauce as well as with avocado slices. Sprinkle the poke bowls with sesame seeds.
