Peel and chop the shallots. Wash the lemon and cut it into 3 slices.
Place the line in the baking dish. Sprinkle with white wine and sprinkle with chopped shallots. Add 3 lemon slices, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and bake in an oven preheated at 200°C
Add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes
At the exit of the oven, sprinkle with chopped flat parsley
Serve !
