Step 1

Preheat the oven to 140°C.

Mix the mustard, paprika, chilli, chopped garlic, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, tomato puree, poultry broth and onion cut into strips.

Pour the marinade over the meat and cover tightly.

After 2:30 am, turn the meat over, brush it with the sauce, add liquid if necessary, cover and continue cooking by adding liquid as you go (if necessary).

Step 6

Continue cooking until the filaments of the meat stand out with a fork.

Step 7

When it is cooked, remove from the heat, strive the meat and mix with the sauce.
