Chop the onion, crush the garlic, grate the gryuer, cut the Frankfurt sausages into slices and grate the coarsely wand.
Heat the oil and brown the onion for 5 minutes.
Incorporate the garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the tomatoes and sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauces.
Put the sauce obtained in the fridge or freezer.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta, heat the grill over high heat and mix the cheese and the chaplure.
Drain the pasta and mix them with the sauce.
Add the Frankfurt sausages and pour everything into a dish.
Make the cheese chaplure and brown for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve.
