Chop the onion and garlic.
Mix the beer with half the mixture of 5 spices, old -fashioned mustard, honey, onion and garlic.
Cut the Tournedos into 4, add them and turn them back a few times to coat well.
Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat the barbecue, drain the Tournedos and throw the marinade.
Season the Tournedos with the mixture of 5 remaining spices and place them on the Di Barbecue grid.
Cook each side from 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve.
