Cook the broccoli in salted water.
Place the broccoli and tuna in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Melt the Philadelphia in the milk. Add lemon zest and parsley.
Pour the sauce on broccoli and tuna. Divide the breadcrumbs and the chopped garlic mixed on the dish.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve.
