Empty and wash the belly of the Orphy in the water.
Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes in salted water.
In an oiled baking dish, place the Orphy on the belly with the minced onions, bay leaves, rosemary, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, leek rings. Salt everything and pepper, sprinkle with white wine and sprinkle with parsley.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
