Step 1

Wash the cauliflower, then immerse it in a boiling water casserole dish for 15 minutes. Drain it.

Step 2

In a bowl, crush the cauliflower. Add the beaten egg, flour and cumin. Add salt and pepper. With the preparation, form pancakes.

Step 3

Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook them the pancakes for 5 minutes on each side.
