Cut the feta into sticks 1 cm wide.
Cut the brick leaves in half.
On the brick sheet, add olive oil with a brush, then put the feta stick in the center. Add honey, chopped almonds and thyme on it.
Fold the sides on the cheese, then roll the stick.
Make steps 3 and 4 until the brick leaves are used up.
Brown each brick sheet roll in the pan for 10 minutes.
Serve
