Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Steam them.
Peel and chop the shallot.
In a bowl, prepare a mustard vinaigrette and add the shallot pieces.
Brown the bacon in a pan without fat.
Cut the broccoli into pieces.
Add the broccoli, the golden bacon in the bowl and mix everything.
Cool the potatoes with cold water and add them to the bowl and mix.
Serve.
