Drain the sardines in a box.
Blanch leek green in boiling salted water. Then pass it under ice to refresh it before cutting it into thin slices.
Finely cut the mountain ham slices, then place a slice of cheese on each of the sardines before surrounding everything with a slice of ham. Attach with a leek strip.
Preheat your oven to 200°C and set the sardines. Bake for 4 minutes.
Cut the onions into thin slices as well as half the lemon to season.
