Cook the cives in white water and white vinegar for 10 minutes. Drain them.
Add the crushed fish and the cives to a bowl. Reserve.
Pour 10 centilitres of water and 20 grams of butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from the fire.
Pour 100g of flour and whip for 3 minutes.
Add 1 egg, then beat it. Pour this into the bowl and mix.
Make dumplings and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
Serve.
