Preheat the oven to 120°C
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat
Mix the melted butter with the speculoos crumbs in a bowl
Butter the mold, pack the dough to the bottom and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes
Beat cheese, white sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl
Beat the eggs in a bowl before adding them to the cheese and sugar mixture
Mix everything until a homogeneous paste is obtained
Place the Speculoos crusts above the preparation
Bake for 60 minutes
Place in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
